RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUNDS

At CHUNRII.IN, we're dedicated to your satisfaction. We're here to insure your shopping experience is as smooth as possible. Here's how we handle returns, exchanges and refund:

Please read the item descriptions carefully and note product sizes. Please also understand that screens are tuned differently and the colors that you see on your screen may be close but not 100% the same in the actual product.

Exchange Policy
We always try our best to make sure that you love our product as much as we loved making it for you.

- Our products undergo a thorough three-layer quality check before shipping. While we aim to deliver exactly as shown, slight differences may occur due to photography and display settings.

- Once your order is shipped, it can't be cancelled or refunded.

- We don't offer returns, but it you have any concern about your order, let us know within 24 hours of receiving the product via Email and WhatsApp. We're here to assist you.

- We don't issue cash refunds. All returns/exchanges are eligible for store credits only.

- If a defect is found at our end, please follow these steps to initiate an exchange or refund. To process your claim for a damaged or defective product, you must provide an unboxing video. This video should clearly show the unopened package, the process of unboxing, and the damaged or defective item as it was received.

- You get one-time size exchange per customer. Make sure to check our size chart before ordering.

  • Both- side shipping charges for return/exchange will be borne by the customer, depending upon the weight of the product. We do not provide reverse pickup.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • COD Orders Are Verified: All COD orders will be verified via call or WhatsApp before dispatch. Please ensure your contact details are correct at the time of placing the order. Unverified orders may be canceled without notice.

  • Refusal of COD Orders: Kindly note, refusal to accept a COD order at the time of delivery or repeated cancellations will result in blacklisting the customer from future COD purchases on our website.

  • Prepaid Orders Preferred: We encourage prepaid orders to ensure smooth and hassle-free delivery. You can avail exclusive discounts on prepaid payments.

  • Shipping Charges on COD Refusal: If a COD order is returned to us due to refusal or non-availability at the time of delivery, the customer will be liable to pay both-way shipping charges before placing another order.

  • No Exchange/Size Change on COD Orders Without Advance Payment: For size exchanges or other requests on COD orders, an advance payment of shipping charges is required.
