SHIPPING POLICY

We at Chunrii, understand the importance of delivering your products in the best condition and on time. Therefore, we ship your products through best courier companies in the best possible duration. As of now, we are delivering within India and internationally as well - with Prepaid service. Shipping is calculated as per weight during checkout.

Domestic Orders:

Our general dispatch time frame is 1-2 business days.

Our general delivery time frame is 7-10 business days.

You will receive your order within this time frame. You will be notified through a text message as soon as we ship your order from our end along with all the tracking details!

If there is a delay in manufacturing, we can take up to 10-15 business days.

International Orders:

It takes up to 12-15 business days for international orders to reach you.

If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.

Custom & Duties:

The customs and duties for international customers will be borne by customer, it can not be estimated by us before or after placing and order with us. Also we can not assure you if the particular order needs to pay or not, its totally not under our control.

Process of Delivery:

  1. Once you have placed an order on our website, our website starts processing your orders almost immediately. 
  2. Then your item is passed through 3 layers quality check before handing over to our packaging team.
  3. Your item is packed surely and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
  4. Then your item is shipped to your location.

Once your order is shipped, your will receive an email from CHUNRII team with all tracking details.

Cancellation Policy:

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and must cancel.

We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Bunaai and accept Chunrii's decision regarding the cancellation.

Shipping Carriers:

We use reliable carriers such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post for all shipping. The carrier is selected based on the shipping method chosen and the delivery address.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
  • International shipping restrictions apply to certain countries. Please check our list of restricted countries.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order directly on our website under Order Tracking.

Shipping Delays:

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays.

Damaged & Lost Packages:

  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at chunriiofficial@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will address these on a case-by-case basis but will work towards a satisfactory solution.
  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please contact the carrier to report the missing package. If the issue is not resolved, contact us at chunriiofficial@gmail
